1. Do you conduct lessons at students house?
To better prepare our lessons, we are only conducting lessons online or at tutor’s house at Bukit Panjang
2. Do you conduct 1 to 1 lessons？
Small group classes are open for Secondary math and poa levels. If you strictly prefer 1 to 1 classes, please enquire for available slots and the fees
3. How long is each lesson?
Our lessons are 1.5 hours to 2 hours long
4. Do you provide materials?
Yes, we provide notes and materials for every topic. For certain physical classes, purchase of assessment books may be required to further supplement our lessons. For online lessons, all materials are provided via soft copy,
5. Do you accept private students?
Yes, all private students taking O levels are welcome to join our small group classes. We have experience in helping past private candidates achieve their desired grade.
6. How is the payment like?
Tuition fees will be calculated and collected in advance on the first day of each month (e g. 1st January). For example, if there are 5 Wednesdays this month, 5 lessons will be charged. Exceptions are: public holidays / travelling overseas during holidays / school activities (with advance notice). A late charge of $10 may be incurred if fees are paid after the 7th of each month.
Fees will not be refunded or carried forward for offsetting in the next payment cycle.
7. Do you provide makeup lessons?
Yes, makeup lessons can be arranged in the event when student/tutor is sick or have valid reasons. This is subject to the tutor’s available slots or you may join another group class (online/ physical). It is encouraged to inform the tutor at least 2 days in advance. For last minute cancellation/changes without valid reason, makeup lessons may not be given.
