Secondary 3 to 5 A Math

Additional Mathematics is a further buildup of topics from Elementary Mathematics. These include quadratic equations, coordinate geometry and trigonometry. It also introduces students to new concepts such as logarithmic functions and Calculus. It is highly recommended for students with a good foundation of lower secondary math and wish to take H2 Math in JC or courses such as Science and Engineering. 
Many students struggle with Amath from the start of Secondary 3 due to new concepts. Questions are no longer as direct as questions in Emath as they require students to apply concepts such as the discriminant.
It is crucial to start clearing your doubts early as it takes a considerable amount of time and effort to master Amath.
